Meet the Partners
Rebecca
Stephenson. Ms.
Stephenson is a founding partner of Johnson, Coleman & Stephenson,
LLC. Before organizing this firm, Ms. Stephenson practiced at the firm
of William
E. Curphey & Associates, PC, where she joined the
firm in 1998 as an associate attorney. Within
three years, Ms. Stephenson was promoted to the position
of
Managing Attorney at William E. Curphey & Associates.
Prior to employment at Curphey & Associates, Ms
Stephenson conducted real estate closing at the Law
Firm of Michael
E. Fine. Ms. Stephenson concentrates her practice in
the areas of residential real estate closings, business
law, wills,
and trusts and estates. Ms. Stephenson obtained a Bachelors
of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College in 1994
and
a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan School
of Law in 1996. She is a member of the Real Estate
Section
of the Georgia State Bar, the Georgia Association of
Mortgage Brokers, the American Bar Association and
she is a licensed
real estate agent. Admitted to State Bar of Georgia.

Sonia
L. Johnson.
Ms.
Johnson is a founding partner of Johnson, Coleman
& Stephenson, LLC. Before organizing this firm, Ms.
Johnson practiced at the firm of William E. Curphey &
Associates, PC, where she joined the firm in 2001 as
an associate attorney. In addition to her closing responsibilities,
Ms. Johnson later served as an assistant to the Managing
Attorney. Ms. Johnson concentrates her practice in the
areas of residential real estate closings, business law, wills,
and trusts and estates. Ms. Johnson obtained a Bachelors
of Arts in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997. She went on
to
receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington
College of Law and a Masters of Business Administration
from the American University Kogod School of Business
in 2000. She is a member of the Real Estate Section
of
the Georgia State Bar, the Georgia Association of Mortgage
Brokers, the American Bar Association. Admitted to State
Bar of Georgia.

Jeffrey
B. Coleman. Mr.
Coleman is a founding partner of Johnson, Coleman
& Stephenson, LLC. Before organizing this firm, Mr.
Coleman practiced as an associate attorney at William
E. Curphey & Associates, PC, where he closed hundreds
of residential loan transactions. Mr. Coleman concentrates
his practice in the areas of residential real estate
closings, business law, wills, and trusts and estates.
Mr. Coleman obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Political
Science
from Furman University and a Juris Doctor from the John
Marshall School of Law in 2001. Mr. Coleman is a member
of the Real Estate Section of the Georgia State Bar,
the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the
American
Bar Association. Admitted to State Bar of Georgia.

Donna
Coleman.
Johnson,
Coleman, & Stephenson added trial expertise to its real estate practice
when former Fulton County Senior Assistant District Attorney
Donna Coleman joined the firm in January. During her five
year tenure at the Fulton
County District Attorney?s office she prosecuted numerous
felony crimes on behalf of the citizens of Fulton County
and was assigned to the Trial
Division and Major Narcotics Unit. Ms. Coleman now concentrates
her practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal
Injury, Residential Real Estate
Closings, Probate and Wills. Ms. Coleman obtained a Bachelor
of Arts in Political Science from Xavier University of
Louisiana in 1996 and her
Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in
1999. She is a member of the Dekalb Lawyers Association
and the Gate City Bar. She has
been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1999.
